Short-term investment in the development phase of a project. Capital for land acquisition, construction and development, with returns generated upon project completion and sale.

Investing in income-generating properties that provide stable, recurring returns over a longer period. This can include permanent housing, tourist apartments, or mixed-use developments.

Expected annual return: 7,5% – 10%
Investing in projects that are not sold after completion but instead remain under management and operation, generating long-term cash flow and appreciation.
